SALON POLICIES:​

 

Scheduling Policy: To ensure the best possible experience, all booking requests are reviewed and confirmed within 24-48 hours to ensure proper scheduling and the right amount of time for your service. If you don’t see a time that works for you or have specific questions, feel free to reach out directly—I’ll be happy to assist in finding the perfect time for your visit.​

Cancellation Policy: Life happens, and I understand that sometimes appointments need to be changed. To respect both your time and mine, I kindly ask for a 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. For any cancellations made within less than 24 hours, or for no-shows, a fee of 50% of the scheduled service will be charged to the card on file. Emergencies and unforeseen circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Deposit Policy: For larger or more complex services, such as color corrections or gray transitions, a 20% deposit will be required to secure your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable but can be applied to a rescheduled appointment if proper notice (24 hours) is given.

 

Late Policy: If you are running more than 15 minutes late, I may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure we have enough time to provide the best service possible. Please contact me if you anticipate being late.

Color Transition & Color Correction Policy: All color correction and gray transitions require a Color Correction/Gray Transition form to be filled out ahead of time.  Additionally, a 15-20 minute in-person consultation will be included in your 4-hour appointment block. Please note that ALL Color Correction/Gray Transitions appointments WILL REQUIRE multiple sessions to achieve the desired goal while maintaining the integrity of your hair and scalp. During this consultation, we’ll assess your hair and discuss your goals. A deposit of 20% is required and WILL be applied to your service cost if you proceed. The deposit is non-refundable if you choose not to move forward with the service.

Card on File Policy:

To provide the best service and ensure a smooth booking experience, Wildflower Hair Studio requires a credit or debit card on file for all appointments.

  • Keeping a card on file helps protect appointment availability and allows for a seamless checkout process. It also ensures fair scheduling and respects the time of both clients and the stylist.

  • Your card will not be charged at the time of booking, unless a deposit is required for certain services. However, it may be used in the event of a late cancellation (less than 24 hours' notice) or a no-show, in accordance with our cancellation policy.

  • Security & Privacy:  Your payment information is securely stored through an encrypted system, and Wildflower Hair Studio does not have direct access to your card details.
